    Enable logging for smtp protocol to see what is
    going on by viewing the log. You can enable
    message tracking general tab server properties
    while trouble shooting. Using tools snapin select
    message tracking to see where it went, the tracking
    is performed by sending user, if Administrator logged
    into exchange server it will be him as sender.
