One item I have noticed is that on Wireless Networks it happens alot. I can
be working on my laptop on a regular Ethernet and do not get the message at
the same time my wireless laptop will be getting it.

Another place to look is you information Store. Do you need to run ISINTEG
or ESEUTIL on it to get it back into a good clean condition? One time I had
to do a ISINTEG to stop that message from happening.
