    When you forward from Outlook, the mail comes from the account specified in
    Outlook. When you redirect mail via a forward on the server, the original
    sender info is retained.

    I'd go for a server-side solution if I were you. You run the risk of losing
    mail if you POP. And you won't get wireless calendar, etc., syncing....
