W3SVC Logs Event ID 100

The server was unable to logon the Windows NT account 'XMAIL\IUSR_XMAIL' due
to the following error: The user's password must be changed before logging on
the first time. The data is the error code.

Why would it have to be changed. I have IIS controlling the password for
anonymous access. I get this message every 5 minutes. I can't find anything
on the knowledge base about this issue. Please help!
