Here is one for you.
I am running an Exchange 2003 server on Windows 2000 SP4. Just today, when
viewing certain e-mail via our OWA access, you can view the sender and title
but the message body is empty and colored the same as the border of the page.
This occurs with senders both internal and external to the company. It is
only one Exchange server and their are no FE servers.
This is where it gets good.
With the mail opened, if you click Reply suddenly you can view the body of
the e-mail, type a response and all is well. The thing that really makes this
odd is that if you use the browser Back buttons to return to your main view
and then re-open the mail after initially opening it and clicking Reply, the
body is now visible.
There seems to be no consistency concerning browser (IE6, Opera and Firefox
all recreate the problem) and all of the IIS Services and Exchweb permissions
seem correct. The e-mails having issues are both HTML mails and standard text
mails.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
