Since the ag will be gone, I would change the legacyexchangedn of the users.
Admodify can be used to do this in bulk
it is available at
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/pss/Tools/Exchange%20Support%20Tools/admodify
You'll need to then force the clients to reload their free/busy they need to
accept a meeting request or run outlook /cleanfreebusy
