I know that you are using OWA but do you have the admin
account configured in outlook on the server or any other
client?

I have seen the same symptoms on an Outlook client that
was configured to store mail in a personal folder rather
than the Exchange store.

Everytime I opened the Outlook client .... mail just
started disappearing - freaked me out. I got it all back
from the personal folder when I changed the Outlook
configuration.

Cheers,
Jon
