    Hi Todd,
    Do you see the same problem when going connecting to Exchange via OWA from
    a completely different machine browser? What about if someone connects to
    their mailbox via OWA from your machine, do they see the same problem. If
    it's just your machine I would guess that you have something 3rd party that
    is inserting the character. Do you have any network management software
    loaded on your machine?
