Hi Javier,
Are you also seeing 9582 Errors in your application log?
If that is the case then use the following steps to resolve the 9582 errors:
1) Run ExBPA from http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/exbpa this tool will
make recommendations for changes to your environment based on Microsoft
Recommended Best Practices. Make the changes that it recommends.
2) If that does not correct your issue look at:
325044 How to troubleshoot virtual memory fragmentation in Exchange Server
2003

Follow the steps outlined in that article.
If you go thru the recommendations from the ExBPA and the KB and you are
still seeing 9582 warning or Errors then you will need to contact Microsoft
support for additional assistance with correcting the issue.
