Thanks for your reply.

There is no issue to run the PFDAVAdmin utility to reset the permissions.
Please try the suggestions and let me know the results.

Also, the permissions on the drive M should not be modified from Windows
Explore. Therefore, I suggest you disable the Drive M to prevent this kind
of issue in the future.
