Thanks very much for getting back to me. I've been getting some pressure to
get this resolved.

I appreciate the guidance on which procedure to use.

How risky is this process? Am I going go make things worse? What if, like
I said, someone was "messing" with permision using explorer higher in the
folder tree? What should they be set at using Explorer?
