Problems with Exchange 2000 and disk space

Hey guys!
I am having some issues with my Exchange 2000 server. For some reason it has
consumed all my diskspace. I have a 36GB HD and for some reason I only have
520MB remaining. The mailbox database files are only 308MB total. So it's
not that big.
If I try to go into the Mailroot folder inside the Exchsrv my computer locks
up and the hard drive starts reading and reading and it just stays there. I
can also go in and try in see the properties to determine the size and the
folder is just way too big.
I need to know what is stored in that folder since it's taking way too much
disk space.
Also I already enabled rotating logs so that the logs don't consume all the
disk space.
I am not used in working with Exchange but I read some articles regarding
the types of files, etc.

Any help would be appreciated,
Teo
