I am assuming the Store mounted without any issues and this is the old store
not the new blank store that would have been created with the installation.
What may be happenning is that your accounts sound like they already have
mail attributes. Test this by going into AD Users and Computers, right
click an account and go to Exchange Tasks. Is the option there to Create
Mailbox or Delete Mailbox? Most likely Delete Mailbox......so choose this
option. Now back in the ESM right click on Mailboxes, choose to run the
cleanup agent. Do you have the option now with a Red X? See if you now
can reconnect your mailbox.
