You're right, that would explain it. But I do see that I
forgot to mention that I have already checked that
possibility and the view settings are set to
view "messages". I did find a TID article addressing
this possibility and I have went in and checked to make
sure that there is no "custom view" settings that may
cause this behavior as well. I have also ran into this
before with customers but that is not the case in this
situation. I very much appreciate your input.
