Hi Randy,
I would advise looking at the following Knowledge Base article:
329629 XADM: Understanding and Catching Silent Exits

If you have the Sept rollup installed, create the registry key noted in this
article and set the value to 4. Then go to Start, Run, and type
"drwtsn32 -i" (without the quotes) and press Enter. You should see a
message about Dr. Watson being installed as the default debugger.
At this point, the next time the store.exe process terminates, a user.dmp
file should be created and you can open a case with PSS to investigate the
root cause.
