0x80004005 is a generic failure error, however the 9564 even is indicative
of the database not being at the same service pack level of the server. In
otherwords, if you rebuilt the server and applied only SP3, yet the
databases came from a server that had the Post-SP3 Rollup, then you would
see this. I would suggest applying the September roll-up and trying again.
