Problem sending emails

Hey all. I am having some problems sending emails. It seems to only happen
when sending attachments. I tried to send a message with attachment to my
hotmail account and I am getting the same issue as my other users when they
tried to send mail to outside users. If I send just a test email with words
only to my hotmail it works fine. When I check the exchange server queue it
shows that the the queue for hotmail.com shows "the specified network name
is no longer available". I went to the message tracking center and looked
for my message and it says that the the email was transferred to
hotmail.com with SMTP and then it
keeps sending it over and over but I never receive the message. Any ideas on
what could be
causign this would be great.
