this is in an NDR, right? sending to an external or internal recipient? no
restrictions on any connectors or routers? could it be this limitation
exists on the remote side?

Hi folks
Keep getting the above when all mail delivery properties are set to no
limit (default) - seems 3meg is the threshold , there are no other
restrictions in force.
Any ideas ?
