Hello Kim,
Can u run the Exchange best practices analyzer tool and have a look of the
results? also u can send me a copy of the result to investigate.
Make sure all the Directory access servers are accessible, all the A records
for them in addition to the exchange server itself are in place.
If anything specific in the even viewer can help, please post it to the
group.

Hello all,
I'm facing the following issue:
Exchimhange 2003 sp2 on Windows 2003 sp1, users's Outlook 2003 connected
to the exchange yet they can't send or recive any messages, exchange
services are up and running, yet when i go to the ESM and expand the
stores the ESM hangs and nothing more!! i remember this happened again an
it was a security issue on the exchange objects, anyone have an idea what
this can be?
