Hi,
Yes, 19 mailbox stores.
The upgrade process from exchange 2000 to 2003 is simple, mount the new cd
and choose to upgrade the exchange server and then apply the newest service
pack.

Are you talking about 19 Information Stores?
Also, What is the upgrade process from Exchange 2000 Standard to Exchange
2003 Standard Edition. Will that cost us lesser then cost of Enterprise?
As
we have max. disk size of 100 GB, it make sense to go for Exchange 2003
Standrd Edition with 75 GB max.. Do you have any link to article which
says
that what are the technical difference between 2003 Standard and
Enterprise
editions?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You don't need to upgrade to exchange 2003 enterprise edition. Get the
2003
standard edition, upgrade with SP2 and you can have a 75 Gb mailbox
database. The enterprise edition will give you a maximum of 19 mailbox
databases of unlimited sizes.
You will have to pay for the upgrade license - no way around that.

We are currently having Windows 2000 [SP4] with MS Exchange 2000 [SP3].
We
are planning to upgrade this beacuse of the database size limit which
is
only
max 16GB. We want to upgrade it to MS Exchhange 2000/2003 Enterprise
version
so that we can go beyond 16 GB limit.
Can anyone tell me that Do I need to buy seperate Exchange 2000/2003
Enterprise edition license to upgrade this version? This was told by
the
resller and we want to confirm it. Is there any work around to this
situation?
.
