I have tried Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002.
I have another PC (Both running XP Pro SP2) with Outlook 2000 that
has been in use for 2 years that I have no problems accessing e-mail.
I have reloaded XP Pro and Office again just for grins and I still
get the same error message.
I have tried setting up e-mail for more than one user that are
currently using e-mail on other workstations and am unable to do so
on this PC.
Any other ideas? Any ways I can test my exchange connectivity or
client verion for authentication?
Check your DNS settings on this workstation & make sure you have only your
internal DNS server listed (no public ones).

I had to reload a system after the hard disk drive crashed. When I
setup Outlook for Exchange server I get an error message saying "The
logon credentials you supplied were incorrect. Make sure your
username and domain are correct, then type your password again." I
do and I get the same message. I am logged on to the domain and
have access to all servers. What gives?
System meaning workstation, I presume?
What version of Outlook?
Are you 100% sure this mail profile is set up properly with the
server name & mailbox alias, and you're using the correct (mailbox
owner) account to log into the domain on this workstation?
