is there anything in your application even logs around that time of day?
how long does it take for a message to be delivered during these hours? how
many users? how many servers?

Hi all, I've got a problem that the Boss is really bothered by, althoughI
think it is just time of day/traffic and would like some other input.to
The problem is that e-mails do not reach their destination immediately.
You know two people on the phone, "oh I'll e-mail that to you."
"there..." click, send...
"have you got it yet?"
"What!... No?"
I find this scenario generally happens between 10 am and 3 pm (EST).
When I check my Queues I find most say:
"The remote server did not respond to a connection attempt"
I try to force the connections, but it makes little difference. Then about
3pm or so the Queues begin to empty.
So do I have a problem and how do I trouble shoot?
Or is this a Network load issue (Re: time of day)? Like does this happen
your Exchange Server?
