Exchange 2000 Data drive almost full

A client has a server that is running out of storage space. At last check
the M drive has lessthan 2Gig free. In doing some searching I found an
article regarding enabling circular logging however the drive is still
filling up. I need to find a way to free space on this server but do not
know of any other safe way to do this. The last thing I need is for this box
to crash. Any advice on getting this drive cleaned up? There are a total of
18 users on this system. one user has a mailbox with 3,457,095kb of data.
Perhaps to have everyone to clean up their mailboxes would help some but it
may niot be enough. Any suggestions are welcome.
