We're running into an issue with our user account deprovisioning process.
When a user leaves, we simply disable their AD account, however, whenever a
boss or someone else needs to access that disabled users Exchange 2003
mailbox, it does not allow us to. What is the proper way to set this up?
Going forward, we're definately going to need to access the mailbox of a
user who has left and in turn, has had thier AD account disabled.
