Exchange 2000 (SP3) ) and Domain Controller problem (Win2k - SP4)

Hi,
I'm running in a pure 2000 Domain. With a domain controller, Win
2000 Adv Server
and Exchange 2000 on another machine. For the past two days, everyone
in the office has been experiencing problems with Exchange where it
would freeze up and not respond for a long time. When I look in the
event log I these are the errors that pop up on Both the Domain
Controller and on Exchange. It seems that outlook and the exchange
server start working again once I reboot the Domain Controller and
Exchange.

Could you please tell me what to do to avoid this problem from
happening?
