Why personal folder? why not mailbox?
If you meant your question so that the two were one and the same thing
(it's a termiology thing) then you can use a number of tools, one of
them from www.diditbetter.com to sync from a PF into a mailbox folder.
The issue you have is that not all folder types are yet possible. Take
a look and see what shortcomings you can find for your needs.
