Exchange 2000 Information Store hangs

I have a problem with my SBS 2000 box (sp1a for SBS, so we're on SP3
for Exchange 2k). Exchange will work great after a reboot, but after
about a day (sometimes 2) Outlook will stop responding to requests.
Actually, if your already in Outlook, it will still work, but new users
can't connect (they get a message saying the Exchange server is
unavailable, retry, work offline, cancel). If a user already on
Outlook closes Outlook, they can't reconnect.

So, I've tried restarting the services to avoid a complete reboot (a
reboot fixes this). But the Information Store service will hang in a
"stopping" state and sit there for hours, until I reboot.

Just FYI, I did have a problem with the stores not mounting a few weeks
ago, but PSS walked through it and said the DB was now "clean" again.
For what thats worth.

Thanks for any help.
