new hdd- Ex2k std

Guys,

I would like to add in new hdd server running win2k svr+Ex2k std.
Currently, 2 x 36GB scsi running Win2k raid 1(mirroing) with C: & D:
partitions.
C: is for windows , D: is for Exchange folder & store.


What is the best practice to do it?
