Here's a dumb question, We have a client who uses an Exchage server that
came with SBS 2003, they have it setup on a domain that differs from thier
external mailing domain, example, domain.local, with thier email, hosted on
a hosting site, being mailingdomain.com. They have it setup in thier users,
that thier smtp email address is user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, they said
everything has been working fine, untill a few of them went on
vacation/confrance, none of them can get emails that are sent from with in
the office, even when they spesify the externail mailing address, it never
makes it out into the internet world.
I am really new with exchange, so I am not sure where to start, or what
infomation is important/needed.
TIA
PS let me know if you need more infomation (i'm pretty sure that you will,
just don't know what)
Andrew
