Move Transaction Logs (Major Help Required Please?)

Hi folks,

I've just recovered my Exchange 2003 Server from a major hardware
disaster which I won't go into here. The config of the server was 2
drives mirrored for the OS, 2 drives mirroed for the exchange DB's, 2
drives for the log files.

So lets say OS was c:
Exchange DB was d:
log files was e:
All files were wiped including the log files, only the log files are
not on backup so there gone forever.

The new server to which exchange was being restored to has only 1
drive, now once I done a "setup /disasterrecovery" I went into Exchange
System manager and changed the mailbox and private database locations
to c:\progr....\mdbdata, this worked ok and I was able to restore the
Database files (priv1.edb,.stm pub1.edb,.stm) from backup.

My Question is this, when I try to change the location of the log files
(remember there is no log files) from e: using exchange system manager
I get the following error...

>The Device is not ready
>
>Facility: Win32
>ID No: c0070015
>Exchange System Manager

So how do I change the location , I cannot mount the database and I
think the location issue is the cause. The database gives me an error
when I try to mount it of...

>ID No: c1041724

now I am running an eseutil /p and /i on the database right now to see
if that solves it but I can't come back in until tomorrow so if
anyboday has any clues to what I do with the log files it would be
really helpful.

cheers
Dave
