Set up three different contacts in AD or in Outlook - mailbox contacts or a
public contacts folder.
Or set up a distribution group that contains all the addresses & just send
to them all, all the time.
Or tell the recipient you're only sending to one e-mail address & he should
figure out a way to always check it.
