Thanks for the response, Kevin, but no, that is not the problem. I
uninstalled our AV, tested, same results, and reinstalled. Many posts on
this exact issue, no resolutions for most of them, however I saw a post on
another site referring to this issue, resolved by removing a 'Hacker
Defender' trojan from the server. I downloaded a tool to detect this trojan,
and it returned results of 1 found, but was not able to determine the
directory. The search for a cure continues...
