Well the first thing to do is to ID the messages. Chances are they are NDRs
from your server to spammer accounts that do not exist, thus they sit in
your Queues till they expire.
In Exchange System Manager, navigate to the SMTP Queues right click on one,
select "Enumerate 100 Messages". Then double click on the Queue and Double
click on the messages and you can see who they are from/to. Then take what
action is necessary, Block the Senders, Block the IPs, create a Black Hole
to dump the messages sent to Old or non existent users on your system.
You could also check the Exchange Logs to I.D. IPs and senders that may be
bombing you.
