Ok, did it. It works flawlessly using Outlook alone.
But I found quite difficult to grant "send as" permissions to a *group* of
users... you need to enable the advanced mode of ADUC and then manually edit
permissions on the user object, because if you go through the Exchange
advanced properties panel it only lets you assign permissions to single
users. I wonder why they did it this way... :-/
