I recently had a problem where my server started taking about 90 minutes to
deliver local e-mail. When I tracked some messages, almost all of the extra
time was taken at message submitted to categorizer.

This can happen for two reasons that I know of: one is a corrupted metabase
breaking SMTP and the other is that the badmail folder is full.

I stopped the smtp service and renamed the old badmail folder badmail1.
When I restarted SMTP, the service created a new badmail folder and all was
well again.
