Still need confirmation but I think we found the problem. See MS article
322358 for details. There's a domain name added to the "Deny connections
from" list which causes Exchange to check all e-mails for reverse lookup. By
deleting that domain name, e-mails seem to come through now. Just wait for
confirmation from clients.
