Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Outbound mail is working fine. It's mail that is coming in via the POP3
connector on the Exchange server from a global POP box.

I've narrowed the problem further by finding that the message (in the
Message Tracking Center) tracking info gets to here, than stops. (funny I'm
pasting this from a post Gabe made on another site)
SMTP : Message submitteed to advanced queing
SMTP: Starting message submission to advanced queue
SMTP: Message submitted to categorizer

Anyways the message is retrieved obviously by the POP3 connector but never
delivered to the users box. Rebooting the server resolves this issue. The
issue then pops back up again and I only know to reboot the server as all
other troubleshooting is useless(restarting Exchange services, etc).

I have enabled Message Categorizer tracking at level 7(field engineer
debugging). I have not had the problem come back, but I expect it to. If
you have a fix for me I'd be very happy.

Thanks,
Mike
