unknown email in the queue

I have exchange 2000 server.
For some reasons that I have seen a lot of email been created in the queue.
I scan virus and find no virus on server.
I scan spyware and find no spysware on server.
I have tested server which is not open relay.
What I can stop them.
Also, how I can delete so many queue email.
Is there a tool for me can remove queue email!
