Well I moved information store from Default Exchange Installation (
C:\exchsrvr\MDBDATA I guess......) to D:\exchsrvr root......no
subfolder.

My log fiiles are still in same original C drive location. The place where
installation has put.

Only the change I did was for priv and pub information store DAT files.

When I gave the back up job from windows backup tool, it gave me this error
message.
Do I missed anything.....?

Last time, I had C drive run out of space and so I moved the DAT files, but
I did not do anything to log files.

Last time before I moved the DAT files, I took the backup ( with all the
default installation paths ) - backup went smooth and I did not encounter
any problem. It took the back and cleared the log files.......I guess
everything was in same directory....

But, now, my exchange is working fine.....very perfect, but I cannot do
backup....

Does DAT files and Log files needs to go the same directory structure as it
was before in C Drive..... ?
Do I have to put both in the same directory ? Like D:\exchsrvr\MDBDATA ???

I'm lost here.....

Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thx
