Hi All,

Scenario: My company is called “ABC.com” which is running Win2k3 and Exchange
              2k3 environment. A company called “EFG.com” is also hosted on our
              exchange 2k3 servers.

Situation: Now the company “EFG.com” has ended the mail hosting contract with
              our company “ABC.com”, and the company “EFG.com” has set up its
              own mail system. We have deleted all the records about the company
              “EFG.com”in”ABC.com” systems.

Problem: everything is working fine for the company “EFG.com” mail systems
             except one thing; the people in company “ABC.com” can not send email
             to company “EFG.com” (other companies have no problems to send email
             to company “EFG.com”).

You will get the error message as below:

  j.smith@efg.com on 19/07/2004 10:46 AM
            The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.
            <mail.abc.com #5.1.1>

Please help me, please give me any direction to solve this problem:
My email : junwei_wan@hotmail.com

Many thanks in advance

Jonathon
