We are running exchange 2000 server sp3 on a W2k server
sp4 also running Symantec Mail Securtiy for exchange. We
have been getting reports on mail that has not been
delivered, when using message tracking center I see the
following
SMTP:Message Submitted to Advance Queing
SMTP:Started Message Submission to Advance Queue
SMPT:Message Submitted to Categorizer

I get no NDR or nothing in evernt viewer.
I have also went to protocols and checked queues they are
all empty
NAV is not scanning the IFS drive
