Hi,
I am not sure about your setup.
Do you have one active directory forest or two active directory forests??
Form which program on the 2000 server can you see the 2003 server?
If you have one forest the 2 exchange servers are part of the same exchange
organization and you should be able to use active directory users and
computers to move mailboxes.
