Hi,

The databases are not synchronized in an active / active configuration.

There is only one of each database but you can have different databases
(hosting different users mailboxes) online on each server in an
active/active configuration.

Remark that active/active is not a recommended solution as failover might
not work because of memory framgemtation problems.
