We have the same problem as below. All worked fine until we moved the
specific email support@domain.com from one user to the "Support" user. Now
all email has a problem. Can someone tell me how to resolve this. Your help
would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I can see the calendar, tasks, custom folders, etc but not the inbox. I
applied the post sp3 patch; same thing. I know it is not related with the
language setting in IE 6 (I don't have that script error). Can anybody help?

Thank you.

Hello,
The best guess I have based on your description is that your firewall is
blocking WebDav. OWA 2000 uses an extension to HTTP called WebDav, and
without it will nto work correctly. Some older firewalls did not have the
ability to let you allow WebDav traffic. Please try connecting to OWA from
the OWA server, and see if you have the issue. If so, then try conencting
to OWA on the mailbox server from the mailbox server. This will aloow you
to isolate a portion of your network to look at.

Ryan,
It works from the mailbox server but not from any other machine even on the
same network (on the same side of the firewall). Do you know any fix for it?
Thank you.
