Yes I did.
One thing I forgot to mention. I am using the pop3 service and SMTP service
that comes with Windows 2003 Server. I could not find another newsgroup
that I thought was closly connect to my problem. I have sent an email off
to my ISP but I do have a commercial account with them so I do not think
that is the problem.
