Weird OWA Problem

Check the ASP page still appears (listed) in your default
list on the IIS.
Consider replacement if corrupted...or create your own.
Check permissions for access to those pages are equal
otherwise (on the assumption they can log IN ok, but not
out...ie compare to "default".asp).
