Cannot Create Mail Accounts

Hi,

Exchange 2000 is running on Server 2000. After create new users in active
directory its going through all the steps of creating mail box for the new
account. but its not creating the mail box for the same user.

There is no entries for SMTP and X.400 In Active directory User property
page under the Email Address Tab.
But I can add them manually. Still I cant connect to their mail boxes at
all. For all the mail boxes I created previously autonatically Added these
entries.

Another thing I noticed Under Exchange Advanced tab under Mailbox Rights I
found user group called SELF with Read and Full mailbox access Permissions.
But all the other account have the followin users and Groups for the Mailbox
rights for
Users - Administrator
Groups - Administrators,Domain Admins,entreprise Admins,everyone,Exchange
services,Exchange Domain Servers,SELF
Computer - Exchange$ (this is the Server name where exchange is running)

I Added All the above entries manually to a newly created user and afte one
day it appeared MailBoxes/Private Information Store in Exchange 2000 System
Manager. But still that user cant connect to Exchange server and address is
not displayed in the Global Address List.

Please help me to resolve this problem..
