server-requested client action MoveCopy, unable to create dest msg

error message?

Server-Requested Client Action MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg

We are in an Exchange 2000 environment and one of our Clients gets this
error message whenever he starts Outlook. I have deleted all rules from the
users profile. No errors in Event viewer on server or workstation. Any
ideas?
