Hi Chess,
I found one case similar to this and here is what they did:
Customer resolved the problem by
They went into the problem mailbox with OL2000
Created a new Rule where My name is in the To: Line and the Action was to
Stop
Processing all rules
They then Updated the Rule (via Options button in the Rules Wizard)
At that point they deleted the Rule
This resolved the problem when Starting OL2002
