Currenly we have a third party company as our external
email and we have all our client PC's configured to poll
from there POP3 account. Here is the problem, I setup OWA
so managers can get there email from home on there days
off. When I tested this at home I noticed that I wasnt
receiving any of my POP3 external email. I went back to
work and saw 15 external emails that were not on my OWA at
home. I then realized that if I am not at work and my
computer is not polling the POP3 account I will not be
able to get any external email. I need to know if there
is a way to setup exchange 2000 to go out and poll the
emails from the external POP3 account and put it on the
server into the users mailboxes. As of now OWA is only
useful if internal users are sending emails to each other
but anything from the outside world is not being seen in
OWA if the user hasnt been at there computer polling those
emails.

Please help as this is becoming a bigger issue by the day.
